We’re looking for a performance-driven creative designer who understands direct-response advertising, scroll-stop psychology, and how to build high-converting DTC ad creatives that media buyers can scale. Our brand: StubFatSupps — a GLP-1 support supplement targeting weight-loss audiences in the U.S. We are NOT looking for basic Canva designers or “pretty ads.” We want someone who understands: What you’ll be creating: Scroll-stopping static ads High-impact hooks Problem-solution creative angles UGC-style ad graphics Carousel ads Variations for creative testing Audience avatar-specific creatives What we value: Experience creating ads for DTC supplement brands, fitness, skincare, or weight-loss Understanding of why creatives work (not just how to design) Ability to translate buyer psychology into visuals Independent thinking — bringing new angles, hooks, and concepts Fast turnaround + iteration ability Your job: Study our product page & avatar Propose 5–10 creative concepts (angles & hooks) Produce scroll-stopping ad variations for testing Work with us long-term as we scale daily budget Bonus if you have experience with: Meta Ads Creative strategy Ad copywriting Winning angles for weight-loss supplements or hormone-related products
