About: We're seeking a detail-oriented Ecommerce Operations Specialist to help build and optimize our direct-to-consumer footwear business across Shopify and Amazon. Key Responsibilities: Competitive Research & Design Analyze successful DTC (direct-to-consumer) websites to identify best practices in layout, user experience, and conversion optimization Create Figma templates and design mockups for our Shopify store based on competitive insights Recommend and document design patterns that drive customer engagement and sales Product Management Upload and maintain product listings for our shoe inventory Manage product IDs, SKUs, descriptions, images, and specifications across platforms Ensure accurate and consistent product data in our systems Update inventory levels and product availability Multi-Channel Store Setup Build and launch our Amazon storefront from the ground up Integrate our Shopify store with Amazon to enable seamless multi-channel selling Configure shipping, fulfillment, and inventory syncing between platforms Required Skills: Experience with Shopify store management and customization Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central Strong attention to detail for product data management Understanding of ecommerce best practices and DTC brands
