• Rate of Pay: $20/hour

• ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Dependable is looking for an energetic, fun loving Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work with a kind young woman in her own home in Stillwater, MN.
• This young woman enjoys playing board games, cards, listening to music, being outdoors, getting into the community, and participating in the Special Olympics.
• Staff would assist this with daily living skills like making sure she's ready for her transportation, appropriately dressed for the weather, meal preparation, and reminding of hygiene routine.

• KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of relevant work experience
• Ability to read, write and speak English at a level that meets the performance requirements; or must be able to communicate in the language spoken by the individual at a level that meets the performance requirements; whichever is deemed more important by the company.
