Overview: We’re looking for a sharp, organized, and relationship-driven closer to manage dispositions, comps, and transaction coordination for our real estate wholesale team. This is a full-time role (no other clients or jobs) for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, process-driven environment. What You’ll Do Sell Deals: Market and sell assigned properties to our buyers list, cash investors, and hedge funds. Build Buyer Relationships: Keep buyers warm, segment them by criteria, and build trust for repeat business. Run Comps: Accurately comp properties (as-is and ARV) to set pricing and ensure competitive offers. Transaction Coordination: Manage deals from signed contract to close (title companies, docs, deadlines). CRM Mastery: Keep RESimpli clean with updated notes, tasks, and communication logs Maximize Profit: Negotiate with buyers to achieve the highest possible assignment fees. What We’re Looking For: Proven Experience: 1–2 years of dispositions, acquisitions, or real estate sales experience. Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of comps, ARV, and real estate value drivers. Closer Mentality: Hungry to maximize spreads while maintaining integrity with buyers. Process-Oriented: Comfortable running standardized SOPs for comps and transactions. Communication: Fluent English with near-American accent; persuasive yet professional. Integrity & Hustle: Represent the company honestly while moving fast to get deals closed. Compensation Base Salary: $600-800/month (based on experience).
