As an Entertainment Operations Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting initiatives that bring the Disney Cruise Line Guest experience to life. You will learn how Entertainment Operations, including Adult & Family Programs, Characters, Port Adventures, Recreation, Youth Activities, and Technical Operations, along with our Toronto rehearsal facility are managed shoreside to support the fleet. This internship will report to the Sr Project Manager, Entertainment Operations Strategy & Development. The Disney Signature Experiences Intern Program is a 12-week immersive summer internship supporting the Disney Signature Experiences businesses (Disney Cruise Line, Disney Vacation Club, Adventures by Disney, National Geographic Expeditions, and Story Living)! Upon completion of the internship, interns have potential to be invited to participate in the full-time Disney Signature Experiences Rotational Program in summer 2027. Currently seeking undergraduate juniors heading into their senior year, fall 2026. The approximate date of this internship is May 2026 to August 2026 and will be located in Celebration, FL. Responsibilities: Assist Entertainment leadership with operational projects and process improvements Support the coordination of shoreside and shipboard Entertainment initiatives Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, Crew Operations, and Shipboard Leaders) Research and provide recommendations on industry trends and best practices Track and analyze performance metrics, preparing insights for leadership to drive continuous improvement Continued database development and maintenance Contribute to presentations, process mapping, and documentation for leadership reviews and project updates Required Qualifications and Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Experience using Smartsheet Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Highly organized in nature and have an intense attention to detail Strategic problem solving & analytical skills, with the ability to act tactically Preferred Qualifications: Our ideal candidate is a dynamic person. Please apply if you have the following: Previous internship or work experience in hospitality, hotel, entertainment, or cruise operations Familiarity with operational systems or reporting tools Passion for Disney and a strong interest in Guest Service excellence Education Must be a junior (rising senior during summer 2026) enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program Pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Communications, Arts & Entertainment Management, Operations Management, or a related field Eligibility Requirements & Program Information Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the requirements below: Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship Be at least 18 years of age Possess unrestricted work authorization Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program.
