- What you’ll do
- Create and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives
- Oversee the recruitment team, ensuring effective strategies for sourcing and interviewing top talent
- Manage the onboarding process to support a smooth transition for new hires
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, promoting engagement, and managing performance issues
- Ensure HR policies are up-to-date and compliant with relevant laws and regulations, advising management on legal aspects of HR issues
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits and compensation structures
- Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and support career development
- Monitor HR metrics and report to leadership on workforce trends, compliance, and departmental performance
- Quarterly travel to satellite production facilities in Paris, KY, and Arlington, TX
- Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or HR certification is preferred.
- Significant experience in HR management, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and empathy.
