We want to ensure our product catalog is fully optimized for conversion, revenue, and margin performance across channels. Role Mission Own and improve product performance. This means identifying what makes products succeed or fail — and driving the actions that improve sales results. Key Responsibilities: Product Performance Leadership Audit product lines: traffic, conversion rate, margin, reviews, competition Find top opportunities: underperformers to fix, winners to accelerate Lead initiatives that directly increase conversion and AOV Improve pricing, product positioning, bundling, upsells, cross-sells Product Experience Optimization: Strengthen PDPs: messaging, imagery, trust elements, social proof Align product content with buying intent (not just SEO keywords) Partner with writers, IT, marketing to execute improvement plans What We’re Looking For: Proven product performance wins (revenue, conversion, AOV improvements) Ecommerce product management / merchandising background Hands-on with GA4, marketplace data, and digital merchandising tools Executes quickly and communicates clearly what to do next Engagement Details: Fractional: 10–15 hours/week Important Note: You need to fill this assessment, the proposals without assessment will not be considered.
