- HR Collaborative is a West Michigan-based professional services firm that helps businesses grow their most valuable asset: their people. Providing organizations with high-impact HR consulting, staffing, and recruiting services, powered by an expanding community of fractional HR professionals.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- HR Collaborative is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support our ongoing marketing initiatives. We are looking for an individual with creative expertise and technical know-how to help us elevate our digital presence, engage our audience, and drive measurable results through social media, e-marketing, and events. This person will have one goal: more qualified leads provided to HRC.
- Leads the development and implementation of digital marketing strategy across platforms, aligning campaigns with business objectives and measurable KPIs. The strategies would spread across multiple social media pages and outlets, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and more.
- Exercises independent judgment in identifying target audiences, selecting communication channels, and optimizing content strategies for maximum ROI.
- Plays a key role in shaping brand perception and driving strategic marketing outcomes that support organizational growth and stakeholder engagement.
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging and authentic content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news).
- Establish a regular cadence for e-newsletter communications based on each audience.
- Share blogs, corporate communications, events, and media through social media and e-newsletters on behalf of HR Collaborative.
- Attend organizational events to take photos and videos. In some cases, post live footage of the events on various social media outlets.
- Set specific objectives and report on ROI.
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics. Continuously refine effectiveness of digital communications activities.
- Leads cross-departmental digital initiatives and collaborates with internal stakeholders to drive marketing innovation.
- Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, email communications, design tools and applications.
- Support planning and execution of HR Collaborative events, which includes collateral, presentations, pre and post event marketing, photography, and in some cases videography.
- Design and update brand assets for use in marketing, sales, and client-facing
- Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Exceptional digital media Highly proficient with graphic design, social media engagement, email marketing, and copywriting.

- Demonstrated excellence with written and oral
- Familiarity with content management systems, CRMs, email marketing platforms, and other marketing
- Ability to work
- Good understanding of storytelling and marketing

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and or experience in marketing, communications, or other related fields.
- One (1) to three (3) years of experience with Marketing and Communications focus
- Experience with Sprout Social or similar social media management programs is preferred.
- Background in Graphic Design preferred.
