HiStandards is a cannabis packaging company (ancillary industry, not plant-touching). We’re looking for a skilled digital marketer to manage our entire Google ecosystem and SEO for our Shopify site. This includes Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Google Analytics, and SEO to drive consistent traffic and sales. Responsibilities: Set up and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search + Shopping) Manage Google Merchant Center (product feed compliance, issue resolution) Track performance with Google Analytics, provide actionable reports Implement ongoing SEO improvements (on-page, technical, keyword targeting) Suggest strategies to reduce compliance risks (keywords often flagged in our space) Collaborate with our team on ad creatives and landing pages Requirements: Proven success managing Google Ads + Merchant Center for e-commerce Shopify SEO experience (site structure, product optimization, backlinks a plus) Strong understanding of compliance-sensitive verticals Ability to work independently, report results, and recommend growth strategies Preferably experience with ancillary cannabis or other regulated industries Timeline / Engagement: Ongoing monthly engagement (long-term if results are strong) Initial setup + fixes within the first 2–3 weeks Weekly reporting and optimization thereafter How to Apply: Please share: Case studies or results from past e-commerce accounts Your experience with Shopify + regulated industries Whether you recommend handling all responsibilities yourself or splitting (e.g. SEO specialist + Google Ads specialist) Your proposed monthly rate Skills: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center, Shopify SEO, SEM, Digital Marketing Strategy
