We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to play a key role in driving the client’s digital marketing operations, online course launches, and CRM management. The ideal candidate is strategic yet hands-on — someone who can plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns while ensuring all systems behind the scenes run efficiently.
Work Setup: Remote
Schedule: Part-Time – Starts at 10 hours per week – with potential to grow (U.S. Central Time)
Rate: $8–10 USD per hour

Job Summary:
In this role, you’ll help shape and execute the client’s marketing strategy across social media, digital courses, and community engagement. You’ll manage campaigns from concept to implementation — creating content, automating workflows, and tracking performance through GoHighLevel.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys blending marketing strategy, creative production, and tech automation to deliver polished, data-driven results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage social media campaigns that align with brand goals.
- Write and design marketing assets such as lead magnets, speaker sheets, and sales materials.
- Create and maintain websites and landing pages optimized for conversion.
- Develop and schedule content across social platforms, newsletters, and email marketing tools.
- Edit videos for reels, marketing campaigns, and online courses.
- Conduct market research to identify event opportunities, speaking engagements, and collaboration prospects.
- Manage logistics for masterclasses — setting up Zoom, scheduling emails, sending invites, and organizing assets.
- Engage actively on social media by responding to comments, DMs, and community interactions.
- Support podcast marketing — editing, publishing, and coordinating guest outreach.
- Build and optimize automated workflows using GoHighLevel.
- Manage and maintain GoHighLevel CRM, including pipelines, memberships, and course portals.
- Set up payment processes through Stripe within GoHighLevel.
- Create and refine operational processes that streamline marketing and sales efforts.
- Initiate collection processes in coordination with a lawyer (existing process provided)
- Build and optimize automated workflows using GoHighLevel
- Support course creation — edit videos, package content (thumbnails, branding), and upload to the course portal
Qualifications:
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience in marketing or admin support roles
- Proficiency with GoHighLevel CRM, Stripe, and general digital tools
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with video editing, social media scheduling, and content creation
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple projects
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in course management or online education platforms
- Familiarity with podcast production or digital marketing automation
- Creative eye for branding, visuals, and design consistency
