Meta, Google & TikTok Ads Specialist Type: Full-Time / Long-Term Hours: 40 hours/week Rate: To be discussed based on experience About Us We’re Pet N Pet — a fast‐growing pet care brand selling on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Chewy, and other major platforms. We’re looking for an experienced Paid Ads Specialist with at least 2 years of experience running Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads. What You’ll Do Plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok Track and analyze data to improve performance and scale results Test creatives, audiences, and placements Coordinate with our creative/content team to produce effective ad assets Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices Requirements Minimum 2 years experience managing Meta & Google Ads (TikTok experience required) Solid understanding of e-commerce performance metrics Experience handling multiple brands/ad accounts Skilled in A/B testing and campaign optimization for ROAS & conversions Strong communication and organizational skills Nice to Have E-commerce or consumer product advertising experience Knowledge of creative testing frameworks What We Offer Long-term role with growth opportunities Work-from-home setup Supportive and collaborative team environment How to Apply Please send: Your CV or Upwork profile Portfolio or screenshots of successful campaigns (ROAS, CPA, etc. — blur sensitive info if needed) A short note about your most successful campaign and why it worked We’re looking for someone who loves performance marketing, data, and scaling successful ads.
