$100 Every week Responsibilities • Research, setup, and manage online tools and platforms (accounts, subscriptions, automations, etc.) • Assist with marketing tasks (posting content, formatting captions, scheduling, pulling analytics) • CRM updates, client communication support, and following up on tasks • Document creation (proposals, receipts, invoices, reports, presentations) • Organizing SOPs, training materials, and checklists for staff • General admin support — but always with a business-owner mindset ⸻ Requirements • Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken) • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms quickly • Highly organized with attention to detail • Proven track record as a reliable VA or operations assistant • Availability to work U.S. business hours (at least partially overlap) • Must be solution-oriented — not just waiting for instructions, but able to figure things out ⸻ Preferred (but not required) • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Monday.com, HubSpot) • Familiarity with marketing tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Drive, etc.) • Basic design/editing skills (Canva, PowerPoint, etc.) • Prior work supporting entrepreneurs or service-based businesses ⸻ What You Get • Long-term, stable work if you perform well • Competitive hourly rate with potential for bonuses • Direct mentorship from a business owner with multiple growing brands • Chance to become a trusted right hand in operations, not just a “task doer”
