JOB OVERVIEW AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• We are seeking a Delivery Driver to join our Hartford start-up team. This role will be primarily a delivery driver and also perform warehouse duties depending on business needs. Objective is to ensure customers receive their HVAC/R products on time and in excellent condition while helping maintain smooth warehouse operations.
• Key Responsibilities
• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver HVAC/R equipment and supplies to customer locations.
• Load and unload delivery trucks, verifying order accuracy.
• Provide professional, courteous service to customers at delivery sites.
• Assist with warehouse functions including receiving, stocking, picking, and staging orders.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and vehicle environment.
• Support branch operations and team goals as part of the new branch start-up.

Schedule

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Requirements

Qualifications

• Qualifications
• Prior delivery driving and/or warehouse experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred but not required.
• Box Truck Experience is a strong plus
• Clean driving record with ability to safely operate delivery vehicles.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical warehouse tasks.
• Forklift certification a plus (training available).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and adaptable to a start-up environment.
• High School diploma or GED
• Basic math skills
• Attention to detail and customer focus
• Excellent attendance and strong worth ethic
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and DMV record check
