  • Now Hiring: Deburring Technician – Aerospace Manufacturing
  • Join our aerospace manufacturing team as a Deburring Technician in the Sheet Metal Department. In this hands-on role, you’ll help ensure the quality of precision metal parts by removing sharp edges, burrs, and other imperfections using hand tools and machinery. If you’re reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to a high-quality team, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

  • Inspect parts for burrs, sharp edges, and surface imperfections.
  • Deburr, polish, and blend machined surfaces using hand tools and small machines.
  • Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and specifications.
  • Clean and maintain work areas and equipment.
  • Track work progress and report any defects or issues.
  • Maintain inventory of tools and supplies, notifying lead as needed.
  • Follow all safety protocols and assist with additional production tasks as required.

  • Ability to use hand tools and small machinery safely and effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Basic blueprint reading skills.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills for working with small parts.
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Effective communication in English (written and verbal).
  • Previous experience in aerospace or manufacturing is a plus.
  • Physical Demands
  • Job duties are performed in a warehouse with temperature variations, noise, vibrations, fumes, and chemicals.
  • Repetitive hand, wrist, and foot movements.
  • Prolonged standing, walking, bending, and kneeling.
  • Frequent twisting, turning, and reaching.
  • Regularly lift, push, or pull up to 20 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs (with assistance).
  • Day Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Pay Range: $18.50-$23.50/hr
