- Now Hiring: Deburring Technician – Aerospace Manufacturing
- Join our aerospace manufacturing team as a Deburring Technician in the Sheet Metal Department. In this hands-on role, you’ll help ensure the quality of precision metal parts by removing sharp edges, burrs, and other imperfections using hand tools and machinery. If you’re reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to a high-quality team, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
- Inspect parts for burrs, sharp edges, and surface imperfections.
- Deburr, polish, and blend machined surfaces using hand tools and small machines.
- Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and specifications.
- Clean and maintain work areas and equipment.
- Track work progress and report any defects or issues.
- Maintain inventory of tools and supplies, notifying lead as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and assist with additional production tasks as required.

- Skills/Abilities
- Ability to use hand tools and small machinery safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic blueprint reading skills.
- Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills for working with small parts.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Effective communication in English (written and verbal).
- Previous experience in aerospace or manufacturing is a plus.
- Physical Demands
- Job duties are performed in a warehouse with temperature variations, noise, vibrations, fumes, and chemicals.
- Repetitive hand, wrist, and foot movements.
- Prolonged standing, walking, bending, and kneeling.
- Frequent twisting, turning, and reaching.
- Regularly lift, push, or pull up to 20 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs (with assistance).
- Day Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Pay Range: $18.50-$23.50/hr

- ITAR Requirement: This position requires the use of information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). The candidate must be a U.S. person within the meaning of ITAR.
