• Clarifi Staffing Solutions is partnering with a supportive Georgia school district to welcome a dedicated Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) for the upcoming academic year. This full-time role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by ensuring students with hearing impairments receive the tools and instruction needed to thrive.

Position Overview

• As the DHH Teacher, you will design and deliver instruction that supports students’ communication, language, and academic growth. Your approach may include the use of American Sign Language (ASL), oral communication strategies, and assistive listening technologies. Lessons and interventions will be individualized to meet each learner’s goals, helping students engage fully in the classroom and build confidence in their abilities.

• Collaboration is key—you’ll partner with classroom teachers, related service providers, and families to promote inclusive practices and foster independence for students across multiple grade levels.

• Requirements
• Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Deaf Education or a closely related discipline, along with a valid Georgia teaching certificate that includes an endorsement for Deaf and Hard of Hearing education. Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) is strongly preferred, as it significantly enhances instructional effectiveness and student engagement. Ideal candidates will have experience supporting students with hearing impairments in academic settings and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork abilities to help build an inclusive, collaborative learning environment.
