ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES Compiles data; prepares and distributes reports; and analyzes results. Ensures data integrity; develops and produces reports utilized in measuring data accuracy. Creates reports daily to review data integrity; creates exception reports to identify incorrect data. Creates management reports to improve overall quality. Creates summary reports for external clients. Generates reports as requested by internal or external client. Supports the organization's quality program(s). ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES Performs other duties as assigned. Supports the organization's quality program(s). QUALIFICATIONS Education & Licensing Associate degree with business or computer related courses from an accredited college or university preferred. Experience Four (4) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. One (1) year query and report writing experience strongly preferred. Skills & Knowledge Knowledge of query and report writing Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills PC literate, including Microsoft Office products Analytical and interpretive skills Strong organizational skills Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent negotiation skills Ability to work in a team environment Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies WORK ENVIRONMENT When applicable and appropriate, consideration will be given to reasonable accommodations.
