Job Description Data & Insights Analyst (multiple) Locations: Schnucks Store Support Center (Corporate Office) Time type: Full time Job requisition id: R-0041564 Job Description ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Collect, manipulate, and analyze a wide variety of data (sales, gross profit, pitch/shrink, shopper loyalty and basket level) leveraging business analytics, big data, a/b testing, and statistics to complement existing business intelligence functionalities in resolving key business questions and tactics. Perform intermediate statistical analysis to support business needs. Design, develop, and deliver analytical solutions, resulting in decision support models and state of the art visualizations. Work with historical and existing data available within SMI to undertake advanced forecasting. Collect and analyze data to build predictive models in support of business optimization and in collaboration with Data Science team. Execute data analysis across SMI's business segments and categories, in order to design solutions and proposals to enable decision processes for different business leads. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Required Education: Master’s Degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a closely-related field, with concentration or significant coursework in Customer Analytics. Undergraduate degree or prior training/experience in Business, Marketing or closely-related. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Strong proficiency using: Poisson Regression modeling SQL Python Tableau WORK ENVIRONMENT 40 hours per week during office hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday through Friday.
