Seeking a complete structured dataset of ~46,000 mobile home parks across the United States. Data required includes: -Parcel ID / APN -Ownership entity (LLC/Trust/Individual) -Owner or registered agent mailing address Delivery in batches over 1–2 months Final format: CSV Data must be clean, normalized, and complete You may use any automated method or workflow you prefer. Experience with property data, public records, or bulk dataset creation is strongly preferred. Please apply with: Relevant experience delivering large datasets Example of similar work Starting Point: You will be given a website that contains all the information you need for Mobile Home Park names and addresses. You will need to extract the data from the website. You will then need to associate the address with an LLC or Property owner; this will require the ability to scrape/query a state or county website. I have attached an example of the manual work needing to be expedited possibly using AI or automation tools. Please note only a few states have cohesive statewide tax parcel databases, in many cases you will need to interact with multiple different county websites.
