About
Must be skilled with BIG DATA. I am seeking a skilled data extraction expert to help with a significant task involving a 16GB Excel spreadsheet containing million of rows. Your primary responsibility will be to extract rows based on the specific category I require -- and put it into a smaller files that I can access. Attention to detail and proficiency in Excel are essential to ensure accuracy and efficiency. If you have experience working with large datasets and can navigate complex filtering processes, I would love to hear from you. Instructions: Find and extract row’s that include “owner” AND “Florida” AND one of these other keywords: hvac contractor, air conditioning repair service, air conditioning contractor, plumber, medical spa, massage spa, massage therapist, roofing contractor, real estate agent, real estate agency, mortgage broker, mortgage lender, beauty salon, hair salon, gym, restaurants, coffee shop, electrician, landscaping, landscape designer, landscaper, lawn care service, house cleaning service, family day care service, day care center, tutoring service, barber shop, nail salon For example: owner + florida + hvac contractor Owner + florida + plumber Owner + florida + coffee shop So you must extract all the keywords from the above list. I do not care about which columns have those keywords. I think the general keyword search will get me what i want or close to it.....The only column that I DO care about is titled: “organization_num_current_employees”. This column must contain a number between 0 and 50. Anything higher can be deleted 🙂 Other Notes: The data is split across 8 different spreadsheets. The first file contains proper column titles. But it seems the other files do not have the column titles. Just a column number. And there is some other weird stuff going on where some columns just have a bunch of weird characters like $%^ instead of words. I do not think that will effect the keyword research though. To start I will have you extract a small amount as a test batch that I can review. Then once approved we can do all the data.
