We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented data entry specialist to assist us in transferring leads from a ZoomInfo search into a clean, well-organized spreadsheet. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy and consistency in data entry while adhering to deadlines. Experience with ZoomInfo and proficiency in spreadsheet software are essential. Responsibilities: Manually copy and paste lead details (name, title, company, email, phone, etc.) from ZoomInfo search results into a provided spreadsheet. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clean formatting. Deliver a complete spreadsheet with all leads neatly organized. Requirements: Strong attention to detail. Prior experience with data entry or administrative work. Ability to work efficiently and follow clear instructions. Reliable internet connection. Deliverables: A finished spreadsheet with ~1,600 entries. All data must be accurate and properly formatted. Quality Assurance: Payment will be released after a quality check of the spreadsheet. A sample portion of the data will be reviewed for accuracy and consistency. If there are errors, the freelancer will be asked to correct them before final payment is issued.
