We’re looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to perform basic data entry tasks involving extracting information from document photos (JPG, PNG, or PDF format) and entering that data into a spreadsheet. Once completed, the file will be uploaded to our Podio CRM. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be proficient in data entry processes. This project involves reviewing images and accurately transcribing the information, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency. If you are organized and can meet deadlines, we would love to hear from you! Responsibilities: - Review images of documents and accurately extract key data fields - Enter data into a structured Google Sheets template - Upload completed spreadsheets into our Podio CRM workspace - Maintain consistent formatting and naming conventions - Communicate promptly about unclear or missing data Requirements: - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Experience with Excel or Google Sheets - Ability to follow written instructions carefully - Reliable internet connection and availability for quick turnaround Nice to Have: - Prior experience with real estate data, title documents, or foreclosure filings - Basic understanding of Podio CRM
