We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills and experience in data entry, ensuring accurate and efficient management of information within our databases.

Responsibilities

• Input and update data into databases and ERP systems with high accuracy.
• Perform data entry tasks including typing, transcription, and order entry.
• Collect, organize, and maintain files and records for easy retrieval.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables and manage data effectively.
• Assist with clerical duties such as filing, data collection, and general office tasks.
• Ensure all data is entered in a timely manner while adhering to company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to support administrative functions as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data entry or a similar clerical role.
• Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with pivot tables.
• Familiarity with databases and ERP systems is preferred.
• Basic math skills for handling numerical data efficiently.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Prior office experience is a plus, demonstrating ability to work in a professional environment.
