Job Description

• Dr. Bamshads mission is to provide personalized, high quality medical care for all of his patients. Dr. Bamshad and his staff value each member of the practice and will address each patients individual needs with the highest standard of care, quality and compassion.

Salary: $19.00 - $31.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process and digitize incoming healthcare claim forms with high accuracy
• Capture, validate, and classify complex data from various documents
• Verify data using automated tools and complete assignments under supervision
• Assist in organizing and storing digital documentation securely.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
• Communicate with internal teams to clarify project details or resolve data inconsistencies.
• Prepare and generate simple reports as needed for project tracking and management.
• Perform routine data audits to ensure system accuracy.

• Able to take direction and prioritize tasks from multiple Team Members
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Computer with internet access
• Quiet work space away from distractions
• Must be able and comfortable to working in an environment without immediate supervision
• Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
• Data entry or administrative assistant experience is not needed but can be a bonus
