Automation Personnel Services is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join a busy repair warehouse in Addison, TX. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying organized while supporting customers and technicians in a fast-paced, light-industrial setting.
You’ll handle data entry and QuickBooks tasks, assist with customer inquiries and order updates, and support warehouse staff by helping to track, document, and process printers and printer parts being repaired. If you like variety in your workday and enjoy being part of a hands-on operational team, this is the job for you!
Pay Rate
$20 - $23 per hour depends on experience
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm occasionally Saturdays
Data Entry / Customer Services Duties and Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update customer and order information in QuickBooks and other internal systems
- Answer inbound phone calls and provide professional, friendly customer service
- Process repair orders, invoices, payments with a high level of accuracy and help in the warehouse with the printers
- Communicate with technicians and customers to coordinate repair statuses
- Perform general office support duties (filling, emails, scheduling) as needed
Data Entry / Customer Services Qualifications and Requirements
- QuickBooks experience required
- Strong data entry and typing skills (speed and accuracy)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Clear and professional communication, both verbal and written
- Customer service experience preferred, especially over the phone
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a dynamic environment
