I’m looking for an experienced Data Engineer to advise on setting up the capture + storage layer of our data infrastructure. Right now I don’t know what I don’t know — so the first step is a paid consulting call (60–90 mins) to walk through scope, tradeoffs, and best practices. If it’s a fit, this can expand into implementation work. What I need help with: Capturing data from affiliate networks, platform logs, and compliance checks. Choosing and setting up the right warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery, or Postgres). High-level architecture recommendations (ingestion tools, schema design, cost considerations). Who I’m looking for: Strong experience in data engineering + modern cloud warehouses. Hands-on with ingestion tools (Fivetran, Airbyte, or custom pipelines).
