Description: We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support our business operations, marketing campaigns, and investor engagement efforts. The ideal candidate will turn raw data into actionable insights, track key performance indicators, and help guide strategy for outreach, deal flow, and investor engagement. Responsibilities: • Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources (CRM, email campaigns, spreadsheets, databases). • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing, investor outreach, and deal pipelines. • Build dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights clearly to the team. • Analyze trends in investor behavior, deal performance, and campaign effectiveness. • Make actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve processes and outcomes. • Support ad-hoc reporting requests and assist in operational decision-making. Required Skills & Experience: • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role. • Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.). • Experience with CRM platforms and outreach tracking (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). • Ability to clean, organize, and analyze large datasets with attention to detail. • Strong communication skills — able to explain insights to non-technical stakeholders. • Experience tracking marketing or sales KPIs is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: • Familiarity with investor, financial, or deal tracking data is a plus. • Experience building dashboards that inform strategic decision-making.
