Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in turning data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, superior Excel expertise, and experience leveraging BI tools to build dashboards that drive sales and purchasing performance improvements. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a passion for data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources (ERP, CRM, financial systems, etc.) to generate actionable insights.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize sales and purchasing performance dashboards using leading BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent).
- Leverage AI-powered analytics for predictive insights, sales forecasting, and anomaly detection to support strategic decisions.
- Partner with Sales, Procurement, and Finance teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and build reporting solutions.
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis to support business initiatives and strategic decisions.
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility across reporting systems.
- Automate repetitive reporting tasks where possible to improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in a data analytics, business intelligence, or related role.
- Superior Excel skills, including advanced functions, pivot tables, macros, and data modeling.
- Proven experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of database structures, data warehousing concepts, and SQL (preferred).
- Ability to translate business needs into clear, insightful dashboards and reports.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in sales or supply chain analytics is a plus.
- Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce).
- Familiarity with Python, R, or other data analysis tools for advanced analytics.
- Familiarity with using AI-powered analytics tools or machine learning models to enhance data insights.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
