- Description
- EVS is seeking a Help Desk Customer Service Support Specialist to join us on a proposal effort**. The Customer Technical Support Specialist (Help Desk) provides Tier I/II support using tools such as BMC Remedy and ServiceNow. Responsibilities include troubleshooting user issues, tracking incidents, resolving trouble tickets, and escalating complex issues as necessary. Candidates must demonstrate two (2) years of experience providing technical support in Federal, DoD, or industry environments.
- Work is **not remote** and will be performed **on-site** at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), Dahlgren, VA
- Employment would begin **upon contract award**
- Requirements
- Clearance: Active Secret
- Certification: IAT Level II (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CCNA Security, or equivalent)
- Work Location: On-site; not remote
