What You’ll Do:
- Talk to our clients and partners through email, chat, and phone
- Answer questions, help them understand our services, and solve any issues they may have
- Keep track of common issues so we can improve our service
- Work closely with our engineers and project teams to get clients the help they need
- Make our support process smoother, better, and more human
What We’re Looking For:
- Clear communicator, you know how to explain things simply
- High School Graduate or GED
- Friendly and patient, you treat people with respect and care
- Detail-oriented, you follow up, follow through, and nothing slips through the cracks
- Tech-comfortable, you can work your way around support tools, emails, and spreadsheets
- Bonus if you’ve worked in engineering, construction, or tech support before but it is not required
