  • Position Summary
  • The Customer Support Pricebook Coordinator will ensure customers receive timely and accurate responses to their inquiries. This role involves interacting with customers to identify and resolve issues, troubleshooting technical problems, and maintaining the price book.

  • Responsibilities
  • Set up and maintain new accounts
  • Manage specific price books (retail management, replacements, etc.)
  • Work closely with Category Managers and Buyers to process new items, replacements, and promotions
  • Investigate and resolve invoice and price book errors, working closely with IT
  • Assist with data analysis/collection, including running various reports when needed
  • Support special projects involving pricebook.
  • Resolve product and service issues based on customer needs
  • Process tradeshow orders
  • Print shelf labels
  • Process and manage customer promotions
  • Perform other relevant duties as required
  • Operate phone lines
  • Education, Experience and Skills Required
  • 2+ years of experience working in the field
  • Ability to clearly communicate, expressing requirements and expectations to a wide range of individuals
  • Excellent written communication skills, especially in the English language
  • Strong attention to detail in evaluating the completion of various phases of a project
  • Analytical skills to monitor progress of an undertaking and identify areas needing adjustment or improvement
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills essential
  • Willingness to manage multiple tasks at once and adhere to guidelines, budgets, and deadlines
  • Basic computer skills, especially email, spreadsheets, and presentation creation software
  • Cooperative and communicative attitude with executive staff, managers, and employees
