We are a global charity fundraising initiative running an AI-first support system. We are looking for a part-time agent (~2 hrs/day) in European timezone to handle edge cases AI can’t. Must have experience with tools like Intercom, strong written English, and rate target $8–14/hr. ABOUT US Race for Impact is a global peer-to-peer fundraising initiative partnering with HYROX events. We run an AI-first support system to manage athlete and donor questions. We are looking for part-time human support to cover the gaps AI cannot handle. ROLE OVERVIEW We need a customer support agent who can: - Monitor support inbox/chat during agreed hours. - Handle escalations that AI can’t resolve (edge cases, VIP donors, technical queries). - Work within our AI-first setup (Intercom or similar tools). - Document recurring issues for the team to improve AI and FAQ coverage. REQUIREMENTS - Based in European time zones (Eastern Europe strongly preferred). - Experience with AI-first customer support platforms (e.g. Intercom, Crisp, Zendesk). - Strong written English; other European languages a plus. - Reliable 2 hours/day availability (likely to increase over time). - Hourly rate target: $8–14 USD. NICE TO HAVE - Experience with nonprofits, fundraising platforms, or sports/fitness events. - Familiarity with global audiences and donor/customer sensitivity. ENGAGEMENT DETAILS: - Part-time (approx. 2 hours per day). - Contract via Upwork with potential for increased hours/responsibility. - Start ASAP
