Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, addressing inquiries, issues, and requests promptly.
Onboard new customers, guiding them through the setup process and ensuring they understand how to use our products effectively.
Proactively reach out to customers to provide support, identify opportunities for upselling, and encourage engagement with our services.
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction, gather feedback, and suggest improvements or additional services.
Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to align on customer needs and drive strategic initiatives.
Analyze customer usage data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimizing their experience.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations to foster loyalty and trust.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in customer service, account management, or a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and independently.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is a plus.
