We’re passionate about delivering exceptional experiences to our customers and helping teams thrive. Role Overview We’re seeking a dynamic Customer Success Associate to join our team. You’ll be the frontline of our customer experience, managing inquiries, coordinating team sales orders, and ensuring every interaction is smooth and professional. This role is perfect for someone who loves problem-solving, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to support youth sports communities. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via email, text, and chat with speed and professionalism Coordinate team sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery Provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty Collaborate with internal teams using Slack to resolve issues and improve processes Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance customer interactions Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using Front Qualifications 1+ years of experience in customer success, support, or a related role Proficiency with Front, Slack, and AI tools (e.g., chatbots, automation platforms) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Passion for supporting youth sports and community-driven organizations Comfortable working remotely and adhering to a 9:00 AM–6:00 PM ET schedule Why Join Secondslide?
