Position Overview

We are seeking detail-oriented and customer-focused individuals to join our network as independent contractors. As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide inbound call support, assist with questions, and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy
• Provide accurate information and solutions based on client guidelines
• Maintain quality and compliance standards
• Manage your own schedule and work independently

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a distraction-free home environment
• Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and headset
• Customer service or call center experience is a plus, but not required
