Customer Service Representative (Remote) – HVAC Company We’re an HVAC company looking for a driven, sharp, and coachable Customer Service Representative to join our team. We move fast, follow up hard and expect results. If you’re not consistent, reliable, and ready to learn, this won’t be a good fit. What You’ll Do Answer inbound calls from customers. Make outbound calls to fresh and warm HVAC leads. Follow up consistently until the lead is scheduled or closed. Set 3–8 quality appointments per day. Log all activity and updates in our CRM. Communicate daily with the owner and team. Requirements Clear, confident English (spoken and written). Previous experience in sales, admin, or customer service. Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace. Strong attention to detail and follow-up. Organized, self-motivated, and accountable. Coachable and open to feedback.
