Responsibilities
- The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary liaison between customers and the service advisors, ensuring a smooth and positive service experience. This role involves greeting customers, assessing vehicle needs, coordinating maintenance and repair services, and providing accurate cost estimates while maintaining excellent communication throughout the service process. The Customer Service Representative will greet customers upon arrival, collect detailed vehicle information, and act as the primary point of contact throughout the service process. This candidate will need to establish strong rapport with customers to ensure a positive and personalized service experience. The candidate will conduct vehicle walk-arounds to identify maintenance and repair needs, clearly explaining technical information and service recommendations in a way that customers can easily understand. The candidate will prepare and present accurate estimates for labor and parts, confirming that final invoices reflect all approved services and associated costs. The role includes managing the workflow of the express service lane to ensure smooth operations, efficient scheduling, and timely service delivery. The representative will maintain consistent communication with customers, providing updates on service progress, completion timelines, and any changes to cost or scope of work. Additionally, the Customer Service Representative will promptly address and resolve minor customer concerns to maintain a high level of satisfaction and trust. The position requires handling a high volume of customer interactions daily, typically coordinating service for 15–20 vehicles per day while upholding company standards for professionalism and customer care. Additional responsibilities will be assigned as needed.

- This position has the full capability to make an approximate range of $2,500-$4,500 per pay period. This position is performance based, as the candidate will need to meet or exceed base line expectations on a monthly basis. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as the geographic location of the position.

Strong customer follow-up abilities, problem-solving skills, and attentive listening are key competencies. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, demonstrating initiative and a commitment to providing outstanding service and support. The candidate will also have an active drivers license alongside an insurable driving record.
