Duties

- Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional support.
- Analyze customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our computerized system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
Skills
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Experience in sales or call center environments is a plus.
- Proficiency in using office software and computerized systems for data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer support.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
