Customer Service & Estimating Coordinator About the Role We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Estimating Coordinator. This role combines customer service, estimating, and order management responsibilities to ensure clients receive exceptional support and projects are delivered accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities Customer Service * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in person. * Answer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely updates on order status. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Estimating * Review client requests and prepare accurate price estimates based on specifications, quantities, and deadlines. * Work with suppliers to obtain pricing for products and materials. * Present estimates clearly and professionally to clients. Order Processing * Enter and manage customer orders with a high level of accuracy. * Place orders with vendors and track shipments to ensure timely delivery. * Coordinate with production and design teams to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly. * Monitor timelines and proactively communicate any changes or delays to clients. Qualifications * Proven experience in customer service, estimating, or order management (experience in printing/promotional products a plus). * Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with CRM, ERP, or order management systems is preferred. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. * Problem-solving mindset with a commitment to accuracy and customer satisfaction.
