Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Part-Time Dispatcher to coordinate our team of critical care nurses across multiple locations. You will work from home to schedule appointments, assign nurses, and ensure our operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage nurse schedules for mobile IV appointments
  • Assign nurses to appointments based on location, availability, and specialization
  • Communicate clearly with nurses and patients via phone, text, and email
  • Track appointment confirmations and follow-ups
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of daily operations

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and messaging platforms
  • Ability to work independently and reliably from home
  • Prior dispatching or scheduling experience preferred but not required
