Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Part-Time Dispatcher to coordinate our team of critical care nurses across multiple locations. You will work from home to schedule appointments, assign nurses, and ensure our operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage nurse schedules for mobile IV appointments
- Assign nurses to appointments based on location, availability, and specialization
- Communicate clearly with nurses and patients via phone, text, and email
- Track appointment confirmations and follow-ups
- Resolve scheduling conflicts efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of daily operations
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and messaging platforms
- Ability to work independently and reliably from home
- Prior dispatching or scheduling experience preferred but not required
