What you’ll do

• Provide exceptional customer service in taking in watch and jewelry repair orders.
• Call customers when there jobs are done and answer phone.
• Utilize your sales skills to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services.
• Maintain accurate records through data entry, ensuring all customer interactions are documented in our systems.
• Changing watch batteries and sizing watch bands.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies.
