A Day in the Life at Custom Alarm
- Reports to: Customer Experience Manager
- Hours: Full-Time/M-F/8:30am-5:00pm
- Location: Southeast Minnesota
- Company Size: 75 employees
- Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.00 (starting wage is based on a number of considerations including; education, certifications, related experience, etc.)
The Main Responsibilities
Customer Experience Representatives take day-to-day direction from the Customer Experience Manager. Interact with customers and respond in an accurate and timely manner to address customer inquiries and resolve concerns. Maintain customer privacy and confidentiality. Conduct day-to-day interactions with customers and coworkers in a manner that exemplifies and supports the Vision, Purpose and Core Values of the company.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers, following all policies and completing required equipment checks and logs.
- Provide professional support via phone, email, chat, or in person; address inquiries and escalate when needed.
- Create and update customer accounts in monitoring software.
- Offer technical support, troubleshoot issues, and follow service and inspection procedures.
- Generate and follow up on service tickets to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Handle overflow calls for service dispatch and front office.
- Identify potential business opportunities and promote products or services to existing customers.
- Complete data entry and assist with special projects to support teamwork and company goals.
- Participate in training and meetings to maintain and update job knowledge.

Education
- High School Diploma, or equivalent
- Customer service experience

Physical Demands

Other Requirements
