Customer Support Representative (Remote – Independent Contractor)

Compensation: $4,000/month + Performance Bonuses
Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
Hours: 40+ hours per week (some weekend & holiday availability required)
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Support Representative to join our fast-growing health & wellness company. In this role, you will be the front line of communication with our valued customers—providing exceptional service via email, phone calls, and other support channels.
This is a remote position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and is passionate about helping people improve their health and wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer support inquiries via email, phone (Google Voice), and chat.
- Provide timely, accurate, and empathetic assistance to resolve customer questions, concerns, and complaints.
- Manage order issues, tracking updates, returns, and exchanges.
- Assist with product questions and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to management as needed.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggest process improvements.
- Stay updated on company policies, products, and promotions to provide informed support.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of patience, professionalism, and problem-solving ability.
- Must have a fast-working computer and reliable internet connection.
- Must have a phone capable of using Google Voice.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Availability to work 40+ hours per week, including some weekends and holidays.
- Prior customer service experience (email/phone/chat) is required.
Bonus Skills (Preferred, but Not Required):
- Knowledge or personal experience with peptides, supplements, or health optimization products.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, WooCommerce, or other eCommerce platforms.
- Experience working in a remote, independent contractor capacity.
