About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Support Representative to join our fast-growing health & wellness company. In this role, you will be the front line of communication with our valued customers—providing exceptional service via email, phone calls, and other support channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer support inquiries via email, phone (Google Voice), and chat.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and empathetic assistance to resolve customer questions, concerns, and complaints.
  • Manage order issues, tracking updates, returns, and exchanges.
  • Assist with product questions and basic troubleshooting.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues to management as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggest process improvements.
  • Stay updated on company policies, products, and promotions to provide informed support.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of patience, professionalism, and problem-solving ability.
  • Must have a fast-working computer and reliable internet connection.
  • Must have a phone capable of using Google Voice.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Availability to work 40+ hours per week, including some weekends and holidays.
  • Prior customer service experience (email/phone/chat) is required.

Bonus Skills (Preferred, but Not Required):

  • Knowledge or personal experience with peptides, supplements, or health optimization products.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, WooCommerce, or other eCommerce platforms.
  • Experience working in a remote, independent contractor capacity.
