  • Customer Service Representative - Dry Cleaning Kiosk
  • Hours: Can vary & some flexibility. Similar to Monday - Friday, 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Additional Saturday shifts may be available at other locations.

Job Description & Duties

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be a "customer pleaser" by providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to

  • Customer Interaction: Welcome every customers, communicate positively, and always be kind and respectful to customers and the team.
  • Order Management: Pay close attention to detail when detailing, racking (loading), and handling customer orders.
  • Problem Solving: Be proactive in resolving issues and follow through professionally.

Operational Excellence

  • Utilize basic computer skills daily.
  • Maintain an organized and clean work environment.
  • Be reliable and dependable, arriving on time for scheduled shifts, in uniform, and ready to work.
  • Demonstrate trustworthiness and self-motivation.
  • Requirements

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 6 hours) per shift.
  • Capable of bending, lifting, and transporting garment and laundry bags weighing approximately 30 lbs.
