I’m an executive coach and Vistage Chair building a growing practice in the San Francisco Bay Area. I want to refresh and modernize my tech stack to better manage my pipeline, outreach, and coaching practice. The project involves moving from Less Annoying CRM to a more scalable system (likely Pipedrive, though I’m open to AI-first CRMs), integrating Clay for prospecting and enrichment, and setting up automations (Zapier, Make, or Gumloop). The ideal freelancer will have experience with CRM setup, sales ops, and automations. Extra credit if you can also support an Evernote → Notion migration so my notes and frameworks are integrated into the stack.
