We are launching a TikTok first creator community and need a Lifecycle and CRM veteran who has built go to market referral loops that compound. You will architect the full pre launch to launch to post launch lifecycle across email and SMS, wire up unique codes, and tune for K factor and retention. Think milestone pre launch leaderboard, social proof flywheels, and cohorts that keep compounding LTV. What You Will Own Lifecycle Architecture: Map the end to end journey creator intake to waitlist to milestone unlocks to referral bonus to first purchase to repeat to VIP. Referral Engine: Stand up ReferralCandy or Viral Loops with a milestone pre launch leaderboard including tiered rewards, scarcity windows, and bonus entries for UGC and TikTok stitches. Email and SMS Systems: Build flows in Klaviyo or similar and Attentive or Postscript including welcome, education and drip, creator onboarding, referral nudges, abandonment, post purchase, win back, VIP, and community challenges. Unique Codes and Deep Links: Generate and assign creator and member codes, build deep links using Branch with UTMs to attribute TikTok to Shopify conversions, and automate reward fulfillment. Data and Cohorts: Define events, segments, and experiments. Run cohort analyses D0, D7, D30 retention, flow level holdouts, and creative split tests across email and SMS. TikTok First Mechanics: Create lifecycle hooks that prompt UGC stitch and duet prompts, product challenges, encode them into flows, and reward through milestones. Analytics and Reporting: Weekly dashboards on K factor, referral throughput, conversion rate by step, CAC payback, LTV to CAC, revenue by cohort, and retention curves. Compliance and Deliverability: Warm IPs and domains, manage SMS and Email compliance TCPA and CAN SPAM, and maintain inboxing and sender reputation. Outcomes and KPIs K factor at least 0.30 within 30 days of launch goal 0.5 plus within 60 to 90 days. Pre launch waitlist of 10k plus qualified sign ups with milestone leaderboard engagement rate over 35 percent. Email flow driven revenue contribution at least 25 percent of total store revenue by Day 60. SMS at least 8 percent with unsubscribe rate under 2 percent monthly. Activation D7 first purchase rate at least 18 percent from waitlist. D30 repeat purchase at least 12 percent. Attribution fidelity at least 90 percent of creator and TikTok conversions correctly attributed via codes and deep links.
