About the Role We are a behavioral therapy and addiction counseling practice based in the United States, currently preparing for full clinical operations. Our mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals and families affected by addiction and mental health challenges. While our clinical team awaits final licensing, we’re building the foundation for a fully credentialed, insurance-ready practice. We’re seeking a virtual assistant with experience in U.S. healthcare credentialing—specifically for mental health or substance use treatment providers—to help us complete payer enrollments, manage NPIs, and maintain CAQH and insurance documentation.
