I am looking for a reliable and creative video editor to help me build and grow my personal brand. I have a large backlog of raw footage, including: Golf instruction videos Motorcycle / GoPro riding videos Gym and training sessions Lifestyle and conversational vlogs I need someone who is comfortable scrubbing through a lot of raw footage (including multiple retakes of the same scene), selecting the best moments, and turning them into polished content ready to post on social media (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.). This is a long-term position for the right person. Responsibilities: Organize and review large amounts of raw footage from Google Drive/Dropbox. Select the best clips and remove unusable/repetitive sections. Edit videos into: Short-form vertical content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) Occasional longer-form YouTube-style videos or compilations. Add basic graphics, text overlays, and captions/subtitles. Apply basic color correction and audio cleanup when needed. Maintain a consistent, clean style that fits my personal brand. Deliver edited videos on a consistent schedule. Requirements: Proven experience editing vlogs, lifestyle content, or sports/instructional videos. Strong skills in at least one major editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar. Comfortable working with: GoPro/action camera footage Talking-head / conversational videos Gym / training clips Ability to handle repetitive clips and multiple retakes without losing attention to detail. Good understanding of pacing, storytelling, and what makes content engaging on social media. Stable internet connection for downloading/uploading large video files. Good written English for understanding context, titles, and captions. Reliable, responsive, and open to feedback and iteration. Nice to Have (Not Required): Experience creating punchy short-form edits for TikTok/IG Reels/YouTube Shorts. Basic thumbnail design skills (Canva or similar). Familiarity with golf, fitness, or motorcycle content. Work Schedule & Pay: Type: Part-time, with potential to grow into more hours over time.
