🔥 Summary: We’re Anaconda Fightwear — a fast-growing combat sports recovery brand trusted by over 300,000+ athletes worldwide. We work with a growing roster of elite athletes and creators who produce raw content (fight camp training, recovery routines, brace demos, etc.), and we need someone to help manage the flow of this content — from initial onboarding to final edited ads. You will work with an assistant to help you communicate with athletes and turn their content into ads - You’ll be the bridge between our athletes, creators, and video editors — making sure everyone’s aligned, content is delivered on time, and briefs are crystal clear. If you’re hyper-organized, love content and sports, and can manage multiple moving parts with ease — this is your role. 🎯 Responsibilities: - Manage communication with creators and athletes with the help of an assisant (DMs, briefs, follow-ups). - Send content briefs and make sure all deliverables meet brand tone and objectives. - Collect raw content (Google Drive / Frame.io) and brief video editors with clear context and timestamps. - Review edits for quality and accuracy before final delivery. - Maintain a tracker for all creator projects: filming → editing → live → performance. - Coordinate re-edits, updates, and feedback loops. - Report weekly on live content, deliverables, and bottlenecks. 💪 Ideal Experience: 1–3 years in influencer marketing, content production, or creative ops. Understands short-form video (Reels/TikTok/UGC ads). Great communicator — can talk to both athletes and editors fluently. Experience working with video editors and briefing content creators Bonus: Background in combat sports, MMA, or fitness.
