- Authentic Concepts and Creative Thinking:
- Write copy and scripts that are authentic and human.
- Creative visualizations as well.
- More than copying competitors or trends, it is truly understanding the emotional wants/needs of the audience.
- Data & Research:
- Using data, research, and creative insights to develop an effective (winning) creative strategy.
- Reviewing data in platforms like Meta Ads Manager & TikTok Ads Manager.
- Performing market research (consumer insights, competitors, benchmarks, trends, etc.) and using information to inform the creative.
- Analyze results from the creative test and use them to iterate and/or develop new ideas.
- Using this data to come up with avatar profiles for the purpose of deeply understanding the avatar being targeted by the ads produced.
- Creative Collaborations:
- Develop/manage relationships with both internal and external partners. This means that many considerations must be taken into account when ideating creatively, so special care is to be given to client considerations while maintaining creative integrity.
- Working with multiple teams of creatives (Content Creators, Editors, Graphic Designers, Media Buyers, etc.) to execute creative strategy & produce top-performing ads.
- Develop new (big) ideas for client brands & exercise creative writing skills for scripts.
- Participating in/on client calls and providing feedback/insights into creative.
- Executing overall creative strategy under the direction of Strategy Lead(s).
- 3+ years of experience in a creative, strategic, or content-focused role—ideally in performance marketing, digital advertising, or branding.
- Strong copywriting and conceptual skills with the ability to craft compelling ad scripts, brand messaging, and visual ideas.
- Proven ability to translate audience insights and emotional triggers into authentic, high-performing creative concepts.
- Experience using platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and other tools to analyze performance and extract creative insights.
- Comfortable conducting market research, building customer avatars, and identifying trends to inform creative strategy.
- Ability to analyze data from creative tests and iterate accordingly.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with designers, content creators, editors, and media buyers.
- Capable of managing client relationships and incorporating feedback while maintaining creative integrity.
- Organized and proactive, able to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) for clear communication with global teams and clients.

- The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement.
