We are a fast-growing e-commerce startup selling discounted baby + kids products from top brands. We are looking to work with a creative powerhouse who can concept, design, and build a high volume of Meta ads that our in-house media buyer will run, test, and scale. What You’ll Do • Produce a steady stream of Meta-ready ad creatives (static images, carousels, short-form video, UGC-style edits, hooks, text overlays, etc.) • Develop multiple variations for rapid testing (refreshed angles, new hooks, seasonal versions) • Create ads based on: brand guidelines, winning creative examples and market trends (parenting space, baby/kids gear, e-commerce, etc.) • Collaborate with our media buyer to understand what’s working and build more of it • Bring fresh ideas, unconventional thinking, and thumb-stopping visuals • Help us build highly engaging and high-converting storytelling through ads You’re Perfect If You: • Have proven experience producing Meta ads that perform • Understand CPC, CTR, CPA, hooks, scroll-stoppers, retention, thumb-stopping frames • Can quickly iterate and produce multiple creative versions for testing • Have strong design + video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Premiere, Figma, etc.) • Stay current on viral trends, DTC angles, UGC styles, industry-relevant content • Appreciate fast-paced iteration and feedback loops • Can operate independently with minimal direction and love performance marketing If this is you, we’d love to hear from you!
